working with the Education Community and we believe that this experience is one
of our biggest assets. Here is some information on our backgrounds.

Pam Dean has worked as Project
Manager on the TERMS ™ Human Resources Management development team.
Prior to that she managed the programming efforts for NASA's personnel and
payroll systems and worked for an international software vendor as the primary
technical contact for an enterprise software product. Since March 2000,
she has been consulting in the Education community.

Ann Zanca has worked for 12 years for
the District School Board of Pasco
County. As Systems Analyst for the TERMS ™ Human Resource Management
system, she led the development efforts for Human Resources and Payroll.
Early in her career, she managed the help desk and training for the
TERMS ™ Student system. In addition, Ann and David lead the RSG
team in managing the Florida Department of Education (DOE) Cost Report
Help desk. Since November 1999, she has been consulting in the Education
community.

David Dean has worked as Project
Manager on the TERMS ™ Finance development team. He has extensive
experience with G/L, Budgeting, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets,
Warehouse, DOE Cost Reporting, etc. In addition, David and Ann lead the
RSG team in managing the Florida Department of Education (DOE) Cost Report
Help desk. Since June 1999, he has been consulting in the Education
Community.

Richard Dean has worked on the
TERMS ™ Student and Human Resource Management development teams. In
addition, he has spent some time outside of the education arena
developing web-enabled solutions. This experience along with that of the
RSG partners is being harnessed in future RSG web
projects. Since February 1999, he has been consulting in the
Education Community.
